I was heartbroken to deal with mice in our room. We encountered live mice on our first night, and I was offered glue traps instead of a proper solution. The misleading photos of the room left us feeling deceived, as basic furnishings were missing.

Had a fantastic stay in a king studio suite. Super spacious room with comfy furniture. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and I loved the hot tub for unwinding after a long day. Location was super convenient, right off the highway and close to eateries and shopping.

We loved our stay with three dogs! The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby Joe Pool Lake, where we enjoyed fishing and playing by the water. The staff was very accommodating, and the room was spacious enough for our family.

the hotel was a perfect spot for us as we strolled around the area, enjoying the close proximity to brantley hinshaw park and the grand prairie premium outlets, which made our weekend adventure even more exciting.

I found my room at Candlewood Suites, Grand Prairie, Arlington By Ihg very welcoming, with comfortable furniture and ample space. The hotel's location was great, close to nearby restaurants and shopping, making it especially convenient for my stay.

More accessible seating in public areas would be helpful.

The King Studio Suite was very welcoming and spacious. The bed was super comfortable, which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and made me feel at home but the room could use some refreshing for a better vibe. Overall, a solid experience for my stay.

My fam and I stayed for a night and had a decent experience! The room was super spacious with a nice kitchen vibe. Check-in was easy-peasy! The pool area was fun too, but wish they had more towels available. Honestly, the breakfast was kind of gone by the time we got there.
